Roger A. HostutlerRoger A. Hostutler, DVM, MS, DACVIM, is an Internist at MedVet Columbus and has been on staff since 2006.

Dr. Hostutler is a pioneer in veterinary internal medicine. He is the primary author on the article that changed treatment for histiocytic ulcerative colitis (HUC) in dogs.

He has been published multiple times in the Journal of Veterinary Internal Medicine, as well as the Journal of the American Veterinary Association, Veterinary Clinics of North America: Small Animal Practice, and DVM magazine.

In addition to providing his expertise and care to patients, Dr. Hostutler teaches residents, interns and externs. He is currently collaborating with other specialists within MedVet’s internal medicine department on platelet and pancreatitis studies.
